Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, making a booking, or engaging our services in any way, you (“Customer”, “Client”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of MultiTech Smart Technical Services LLC. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

MultiTech Smart Technical Services LLC provides the following services, among others:

All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and agreement on scope and pricing. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Quotations and Pricing

Free Quotes

We provide free, no-obligation quotations for our services. Quotations may be provided verbally, via WhatsApp, by email, or in writing following a site visit. All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate, unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary depending on the type and complexity of work, materials required, property size, and location.

Additional Costs

If additional work is identified during the service that was not covered in the original quotation, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding. Any additional costs will be agreed upon before the extra work commences.

Material Costs

The cost of materials required for the job may be included in the quotation or charged separately. This will be clearly stated at the time of quoting. We are not responsible for price fluctuations of materials from suppliers after a quote has been issued.

Booking and Confirmation

How to Book

Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or through the inquiry form on our website. A booking is considered confirmed only upon our written or verbal confirmation.

Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to your property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation or call-out charge.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate information about the scope of work required and the condition of your property. If inaccurate information leads to additional time or materials being required, additional charges may apply.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash (on completion of work)

Bank transfer

Card payment (where available)

Installment payments via Tabby (subject to Tabby’s own terms and approval)

Payment Due Date

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service. For larger projects, we may require a deposit of up to 50% of the total quoted amount before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.

Late Payments

Invoices not settled within the agreed period may attract a late payment charge. We reserve the right to suspend ongoing work or Annual Maintenance Contract services if invoices remain unpaid.

VAT

All applicable VAT will be charged in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. A VAT invoice will be provided upon request.

Warranty and Guarantee

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Unless otherwise stated, we provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on completed services from the date of completion. This covers defects arising directly from our work.

Materials Warranty

Where materials or parts are supplied by us, they may carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty. We will provide you with relevant warranty documentation where applicable.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications after our work is completed

Normal wear and tear

Issues arising from pre-existing conditions that were not part of the agreed scope of work

Damage caused by third parties after our work is completed

Work carried out using materials supplied by the customer

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide safe, clean, and accessible working conditions for our technicians

Remove or protect valuable or fragile items from the work area prior to our arrival

Ensure that pets are secured and children are kept away from the work area for safety

Inform us of any known hazards at the property (e.g. asbestos, structural issues, hidden pipes or cables)

Obtain any required landlord or building management approvals before work commences

Not obstruct or interfere with our technicians while work is in progress

Settle all invoices by the agreed due date

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

For customers who enter into an Annual Maintenance Contract with us, the following additional terms apply:

AMC services are provided as per the scope and schedule agreed in the signed contract

AMC fees are payable in advance (annually, semi-annually, or quarterly as agreed)

AMC contracts may be renewed by mutual agreement at the end of the contract period

Early termination of an AMC by the customer may result in a termination fee equivalent to the remaining contract value, unless otherwise agreed

Emergency callouts outside the agreed AMC scope will be charged separately

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services or the use of our website

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that were present before our work commenced

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to supply chain issues, extreme weather, or access restrictions

We are not responsible for loss of income, business interruption, or consequential losses arising from any delay or defect in our services

Damage and Property

Our technicians take great care when working at your property. However, in the event that damage is caused directly by our negligence or error during the course of our work, please notify us within 48 hours of the completion of work. We will assess the situation and, where the damage is determined to be our responsibility, we will repair or compensate for the damage as appropriate.

We are not responsible for any damage that:

Was pre-existing before our work commenced

Results from structural issues, hidden defects, or undisclosed conditions at the property

Was caused by third parties after our work was completed

Results from the customer’s failure to follow post-service care instructions

Health and Safety

Our technicians follow all applicable health and safety standards and procedures required under UAE law. We reserve the right to stop or refuse work if we consider the working conditions to be unsafe. In such cases, we will inform you of the reason and recommend corrective measures before work can resume.

You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe, free from hazards, and compliant with building regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MultiTech Technical Services website — including text, images, logos, service descriptions, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of MultiTech Smart Technical Services LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the matter to the relevant authority in Dubai, such as the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) or the applicable UAE courts.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to acts of God, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, war, civil unrest, or failure of third-party suppliers. In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule the affected services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements or AMC contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and MultiTech Smart Technical Services LLC with respect to your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
