1. Preparation
Before starting the cleaning process, we begin by assessing your ducts to find out the extent of cleaning needed and areas to concentrate on. We cover up all furniture, personal effects, and flooring surrounding the projected work area with plastic sheets. The HVAC system is turned off and all grilles, filters and diffusers are removed.
2. Cleaning
The cleaning process involves removing dust, dirt, and other contaminants from the supply and return air ducts, filters, grilles and diffusers. This is done using a specialized duct cleaning vacuum equipped with HEPA filters.
3. Eco-Friendly Sanitisation
Ducts and removed parts are sanitised with a 100% Natural sanitiser using an ultra-low volume cold fogger to kill any bacteria, mold, or other harmful pathogens that may be present.
4. Final Analysis and Cleanup
After the AC duct cleaning process is complete, the team will inspect the system and perform a final assessment to ensure that it has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. The duct covers are re-installed and the HVAC system will be turned back on. A final field service report will be generated and provided to you, detailing the work performed and any recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
